This is open to all Alumni players.
If you have not registered as an Alumni, please click the button below (this will open a new page). This will help us keep in touch with you and is separate from registering for the Alumni game.

Please be sure to bring both a dark and light jersey.
If you have a previous Plainfield hockey jersey, please wear that.

This is open to all Alumni players.
Cost is $40
Game is December 22, 2025 from 7:50p - 8:50p.
Family skate will take place after the game.
